We have invested in the latest data dispatch, global positioning tracking systems (GPS) , and isdn telephone systems. Below is a brief description of the technology.

Isdn Telephone system

When u call us for the first time our computer system picks up your telephone number and logs you as a new customer .the next time you call the computer remembers and recovers all the data stored the first time u called such as name ,address & special comments. customer confidence has grown as we know who and where customers are. We have a policy to call customers out if requested .overall we are able to make many more calls reducing waiting times and also increasing customer & driver safety.

Global Positioning Tracking System (GPS)

With this technology we are able to track all vehicles that are working at any one time. The system plots their progress and speed through a satellite link and relays it back using a digital mapping system ,our control centre then is able to offer guidance if needed. If we take a new journey , the computer is able to tell us which driver is closest and offer an estimated pick up time for the customer if needed ; this ensures that we can remain efficient and honest.

Data Despatch

Data despatch, is a pager style technology. All customers data are sent encrypted through out radio systems and deciphered by the data head in the vehicle. You will not hear the controller .shouting jobs over the radio which in most cases can give the customer an uncomfortable ride as well as a headache. we can dispatch hundreds of jobs every hour in a stress free environment ,containing special instructions given by the customer. a good safety aspect is we have the customer name displayed on the data screen as well as there destination, so the customers know they are not getting into a dodgy mini-cab

All our chauffeurs are licensed by the Public Carriage Office of the UK government. Drivers go through rigorous checks which include: Medical checks, Criminal checks, Licence Cheks and together with drivers all our cars are checked and tested by the PCO to ensure European standards and safety.
