Opening an account with GoldenCars.co.uk makes your business or social journeys that bit easier. When booking your account car, you simply have to quote your account number and know that you will receive the following benefits:
• Priority status over cash paying customers
• Monthly itemised invoicing
• 30 days credit facility
• Full customer services back up
• Reporting and management information available
• No need to carry cash with you-off price, regardless of route or time taken
For the frequent customer or company booker this saves time and effort, and can even be used to track different departments in one easy step. Our passenger, parcel and light removal services are all available with an account.
General Conditions
• Accounts are opened on the strict understanding that payments are made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
• Queries regarding a job must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. After this period, queries will only be dealt with at the management's discretion.
• All account customers may be charged, in addition to the published price list, an administration fee (10%).
• Account customers are not to deduct monies from invoice unless accompanied by an official credit note from GoldenCars.co.uk.
• It is essential when ordering a car to quote your account number and passenger's name along with any references of your own.
GoldenCars.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility for misuse of the account facility by any member of the account holder's personnel or associates. |
